Ali specifically trains those who are either new to exercise, restarting, or need a structured routine. Her ideal client is one who is most comfortable in a one-on-one setting and wants to learn the fundamentals with correct and safe form.
She believes that exercise should be a celebration of what your body can do, not punishment for what you ate. She is lighthearted, knowledgeable, funny, and a stickler for proper form. Her style of training is promoting confidence through aesthetic full-body toning and promoting a functionally “limitless lifestyle” where you are in shape to do what you enjoy. No more sitting out!

If you are a mom that is now looking to make her fitness a priority, you are a perfect fit.
Not all personal trainers are created equal. Some simply complete an online course that takes a matter of weeks while others can take many years to become certified. Ali is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CEP). This requires you to have a bachelor’s degree in the realm of exercise science. CSEP-CEPs are the most highly qualified exercise science practitioners in Canada. They provide the best and safest care to the public.
Picture a highly qualified personal trainer with special added abilities such as performing assessments, prescribing conditioning exercise, as well as exercise supervision, counselling, and healthy lifestyle education. Unlike standard personal trainers that can only work with apparently healthy individuals, we can also work with people who have medical conditions, functional limitations, and disabilities – all age groups too.
